Greetings from BiharBrains!
Today, we completed seven years of our establishment since its inception. During these periods, we took effort to unite people of Bihar living in India and abroad and execute development projects in Bihar. I remember when I formed yahoo group I was not knowing power of online forum. Within 10 days of formation of the group, I got email from Dr. Kartik Sahay, Vice President of ACIPHARM.INC USA. He intimated that he wants to meet to me in Seoul on his korea visit. This was first meeting of BiharBrains in seoul when we finalised aims and objectives of the group. Within a month, we got members like Dhirendra Kumar (Delhi), Amit singh (Singapore), Sugriv Barnwal (USA), Dr. B.K.Sharma(Patna), Nandan Kumar(UK) and few more who helped us and started meeting in their places. Amit Singh took command of Singapore and organised first meeting at Patna. Dhirendra, Dhiraj and many others held meeting at Delhi.(Sorry,if I forgot names) And then series of meetins started. We made city representative and country representatives at many places of India and abroad. within few months (in Jan 2005), we formed our global structure thru global conference thru yahoo messenger. Gradually we chipped in many national and international stalwarts to our group. Our members from every parts of India and abroad contributed and supported in every success of the society.
Now we can boast of biggest forum having "Good Academic Base" in Bihar; Bigest forum having National and International Scientist contributing for the cause of scientific development of the state etc.
Our some projects like Bihar Science Conference (A Global Conference on Science & Technology), Manthan (A Research online journal) and BBrains Scholastic Center Project have become fertile ground for making a difference in the state.
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Dr. R.K.Pachauri, Prof. S.E.Hasnain(SAC-PM), Dr. U.N.Singh (NASA) and Prof. Yashpal (Noted Physicist and Former UGC chairman) etc put some space in their heart for the society and Bihar.
This all has happened due to your support and guidance. On this occasion, I heartily congratulate all our global members, associates and well wishers on behalf of organization.
Also I do request you to involve academicians, scientists, engineers, doctors, young entrepreneurs, students, govt. and non govt. agencies to join hands with us for this noble cause.
