Contribution: His valuable cooperation, support and excellent coordination with organizing committee marked successful completion of the 3rd Bihar Science Conference 2010. His coordination skills with organizing committee of all the three science conferences held in the past and serious involvement in organizing all local events were appreciated by all members.

Profile: Dr. Santosh Kumar is lecturer in Physics, B. S. College, Danapur, Patna, Bihar, India. He is eminent teacher of Physics. Dr. Kumar works for the popularization of basic science. He is also doing a lot to promote innovative methods of Physics teaching under the able guidance of Prof H. C. Verma, Dept. of Physics, IIT, Kanpur. His interest areas of research in theoretical physics is atomic collision and in experimental Physics is the study of nanophase magnetic materials. Recently he has started working on dilute magnetic semiconductors.

Profile: He is Project Manange in IT company based at New Delhi. He is also Delhi Representative of BiharBrains and one of the founder members of the society.

Profile: He is B.E (Computer Science) from Amravati University, Maharashtra. He worked for south Korean company as software engineer and currently he is head of India operation at Kolkata. He is experienced in Cryptography, Data protection, GUI, Web Development, Reverse Engineering.

Amitabh Thakur, LuckNow
Contribution:   His article on ethical subjects to the forum has been appreciated by all society members.

Amitabh Thakur is an officer of the 1992 batch of Uttar Cadre in the Indian Police Service. Originally from Bokaro in Jharkhand, Thakur is a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and then he came in the IPS.
He has been SP of nearly 10 districts in UP and has also served at other important places like Vigilance, Intelligence, Special Enquiry, CB-CID and Police Academy, Moradabad.

Presently he is study leave undertaking his Fellow Program in Management in Human Resource Management since 2009.

Other than this, Thakur is also actively involved with social work. He is the President of two social organization, National RTI Forum and IRDS and is also the Patron of Indian Public Academy, a school providing free education to needy children.

Till now his two books, Jaisa Maine Jaana Hai (Hindi poems) and Dhal Gayi Raat (Hindi short stories) have been published while very soon his book on IIM Lucknow MBA graduates having chosen non-conventional career paths and another by Alia Publication itself are coming up.
