A Brief Introduction About BiharBrains
What is BiharBrains ?
Biharbrains (BB) is a core group of intellectuals from
different parts of India and abroad (NRIs) who concerns
the development of Bihar started with scientific forum
now taking shape as "Real Development Forum".
Initiator:
Bibhuti Bikramaditya (moderator/chairman of the BiharBrains
Society). He is working as R&D engineer in ITMagic
Co.Ltd, Seoul, South Korea in Chip design & development.
In India, he worked as project Leader/ Project Manager
in a Pune based company. For more details please visit:

Main Objectives:
To form a group
of intellectuals in different parts India and Abroad
(NRIs)
To form group
of scientific intellect, R&D professionals and
management tycoons
To volunteer
for the development of rural Bihar
To make bridges
between NRIs of Bihar and request them to invest
in Bihar to retain pride of the state as well as
the country.
To create healthy
work environment in Bihar.
To help in building
careers of young engineers/ scientists in India
and abroad through a network of group members capacity. .

To develop Bihar as a technical hub for Research
and development.
To develop Bihar as a center of learning for formal
and non - formal education.

GRE/TOEFEL/GMAT center: BB started GRE/GMAT/TOEFL
Center under BB scholastic center by contribution
from members in terms of books, CDs/ journals (soft
copy and hard copy both)
B. For Research and Development:
R&D Team
building: committee headed by Bibhuti Bikramaditya
hold meeting with team members and decided for the
need for R & D centers at Bangalore, Delhi and
Patna by the name of "Tek Brains Co.Ltd",
Business model and structure of the proposed company
have already been announced.
Organization
tie-ups in India and abroad.
C. Data base management:
BB is planning to launch data base preparation
as Ancient Bihar Bibhushan, Medieval Bihar Bibhushan,
and Modern Bihar Bibhushan.
D. NGO Formation:
For carrying out all the activities, BB need funds
and to utilize the fund in various activities, a trust
is formed in the name of biharbrains with donations
from NRIs and resident members of Bihar. This NGO
will also generate its own funds through R&D Work,
consultancy and other local technical works.
On the recommendation
of NGO Formation committee headed by Sugriv Barnwal,
General Secretary, Bajana (www.bajana.org), and
application for the NGO is already submitted to
the Bihar govt for registration. Process is already
started at Patna.
E. Plans already under Consideration:
Plan for Aryabhatt chair for R & D as an independent
entity - Deemed University with active co-operation
from NRIs of Bihar.

BB Network in India and Abroad:
Successful meeting of minds across the globe is progressing
well, bringing in Bihari CEOs, Engineers, Doctors, Students,
Scientists, MBAs, CAs, CFOs, CIOs, and Lawyers etc.
Presently, more than 600 people from all over the world
are actively participating in BB activities with an
urge to do something for Bihar.
Country Representative, City Representative and
moderators:
BB has more than 10 country and 10 city representatives
and 10 moderators. These representatives have responsibilities
of collecting names of efficient biharis: CEO's, Academicians,
Scientist, Engineers, Doctors, MBAs, Chartered Accountants,
Entrepreneurs, etc. Enroll them as members. Enlisting
names and contact addresses of Consultancies & Companies
in the region. Strengthen relationship with Consultants
& Company HRs. Convince them about the quality of
professionals that Biharbrains has. Enlisting names
of NGOs and funding agencies that help youth to go abroad
for higher studies. Propagate the vision and mission,
goals and objectives of the group among young brains.

BiharBrains Upcoming Events:
Movement is already taking shape, as a robust platform
for the erudite in India and abroad since its inception
in October 4, 2004. Now BB is touching its landmark
by releasing "Manthan", a monthly magazine
and organizing Carrier Counseling Programs, Series of
Seminars followed by inauguration of Patna Resource
Centre in the Mathematics Department of Patna University
in February 2006.
BB welcomes project proposals by any individuals, NRIs
or other development agencies in the field related to:
A. Education sector
School/college infrastructure development, career guidance
to youngsters/ job seekers, higher studies & research,
Seminar/ Symposium/ Orientation Programs/ Short or long
term training programs on cutting edge technology/ life
sciences/ human science & behavior/ personality
development/ uplifting poor brains/ intelligent brains.
B. Research and Development:
Opening R & D Houses in association with BB and
other government or non-government agencies.
C. Development projects:
Rural /urban areas all around development and give
model shape. Use of alternative energy source for the
electrification/ cooking. Any idea projects related
to development under individual sponsorship scheme or
group sponsorship scheme under BB society or in association
with BB society.

are high officials /dignitaries in govt. or non
govt. organization can attend the meetings if necessary
called by NGO and their long experience will benefit
to the NGO for the larger interest of the organization. .
