As world is progressing fast, Indian Economy is becoming
more strong and stable, showing its visible presence
and affecting on the global market. But Bihar, which
was known to be the hub of Tech brains, paradise for
Intellect, Center for learning cultural ethics and religious
values, have become back-runner in the race of all round
development. The possible reason may be political gimmickry,
socio-economic backwardness, mental asylum, lacking
in "positive attitudes" etc---, but
being educated people of this region, I do strongly
feel lagging in co-ordination, co-operation among erudite
of this region is also one of the reason for the backwardness
of the state. Keeping the same idea in my brain space
with strong conviction and dedication, I started this
group (becoming society) with said objectives, goal
and mission, on October 4, 2004 as First Scientific
Forum, which is now taking shape of the first Real
Development Forum of state.
During over one year of its existence, we have become
successful in opening 16 branches in India (Patna, New
Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad,
Jamshedpur, Ranchi) and Abroad (USA, UK, Canada, South
Korea, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia) and established
BiharBrains Scholastic center at BM DAS Road,
Patna where people can visit, read international journals,
use CDs for many softwares and for the preparation of
GRE/GMAT/TOEFL. In addition to this, Scholastic center
is the platform for the people who wish to shape their
career, to do Research & development and to contribute
himself for the betterment of society. We start and
execute the development projects for Bihar through this
center by the contribution of NRIs, NRBs and people
residing in Bihar.
We are in process to give BB Scholastic Center (BBSC)
as role model for Bihar and would like to establish
Brand image in the name of BiharBrains.
In some of the successful program and Event, VLSI Orientation
Program, 3D modeling program and other seminars time
to time by our members at Patna were very much successful.
Recently concluded, Symposium "SciTechFest, 2005"
was a major success for the BiharBrains. In the symposium,
many papers from student and Professors were presented
and some project model was also shown. This symposium
was attended by Hon'ble Science and Technology minister
Dr. Anil Kumar.
I do hope, BB resource cum counseling center in association
with Patna University will add fuel to the fire. BB
Patna Resource Center will be the CDAC Authorized Center
for Training into VLSI (Chip Design), Embedded System,
Mutimedia, and other IT related courses. This will be
the first CDAC authorized center In Bihar.
On the occasion of Patna Resource Center Inauguration,
we are also releasing Manthan: a new printed magazine
as well as E-Magazine started by BiharBrains.
This first issue of the Manthan comes out after the
commendable effort taken by our Editorial board members.
We collected articles from all over the world in the
entire subject except politics and jokes. As per our
plan, this magazine will be the monthly magazine from
Bihar. We are in the process of forming editorial team
of Media person, academician and scientists for the
enhanced issue of the said magazine. I do hope "Manthan"
will gain popularity like Readers digest in the world.
